Watch out for past modding since many owners mod them to within an inch of their lives (or beyond - many have replaced motors), then revert them to stock or near-stock when they sell them. Other than that, it sounds like a good deal.
Be aware that if you’re planning to drive it for work that the stiffer suspension makes them kind of uncomfortable on long highway drives. The Recaro seats (if equipped) are also extremely polarizing, so make sure all planned drivers are comfortable in them.

Looks like new coolant/oil cooler around 28k miles and new clutch, flywheel, friction disc, slave cylinder, pressure plate at 29k miles due to a slave cylinder leak.

I saw that, but it was also ambiguous because it sounds like his fleet is sort of a fleet and everyone kind of uses all the cars.
